About Joy Collection
Joy Collection is the trade name of Ashok Ghisulal Bohra (GSTIN 27AACPB5897J1ZE), a mobile accessories business dealing in covers, screen guards, chargers, audio accessories, power banks and related products, at both retail and wholesale.
Products & pricing
- Product photos are for reference only — colour, packaging or accessories included may vary slightly from the image shown.
- Prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (₹) and may change without prior notice, including due to changes in supplier cost or GST rates.
- Stock availability is confirmed at the time of order; an item shown as available may occasionally sell out before your order is finalised.
Placing an order
Orders are generally placed by messaging your requirement, phone model and quantity to our WhatsApp number or email. We will confirm the product, price and expected delivery before the order is finalised. An order is considered confirmed only once we acknowledge it.
Payment terms
- Accepted payment methods (such as UPI, bank transfer or cash on delivery) will be confirmed with you at the time of ordering.
- For wholesale or bulk orders, an advance payment may be requested before dispatch.
- A valid GST invoice, referencing GSTIN 27AACPB5897J1ZE, is provided for orders where applicable.
Shipping & delivery
We aim to dispatch orders promptly once confirmed. Delivery timelines depend on your location and the courier partner used, and are estimates rather than guarantees. Joy Collection is not responsible for delays caused by the courier, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.
Returns, replacement & warranty
- If an item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered, let us know on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery, with a photo or short video of the issue.
- Verified defective items will be replaced or refunded at our discretion; we do not offer returns for change of mind once an item has been used.
- Where a product carries a manufacturer's warranty, that warranty is honoured as per the manufacturer's own terms.
Wholesale & bulk orders
Bulk and wholesale orders are welcomed for shops and resellers. Pricing, minimum quantities and payment terms for such orders are agreed separately and in writing (including over WhatsApp or email) before dispatch.
Limitation of liability
Joy Collection is not liable for indirect or incidental loss arising from the use of a product purchased from us, beyond the value of the product itself. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under applicable consumer protection law.
Intellectual property
The Joy Collection name, logo and website content belong to Ashok Ghisulal Bohra, trading as Joy Collection, and may not be copied or reused without permission. Product names and brand logos shown on this site belong to their respective owners and are used only to describe compatibility.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from an order or use of this website will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts where Joy Collection is registered.
